He has an excellent academic track record including 15th Rank on allIndia basis in final examination of ICAI. He is also a Member of the Institute of CompanySecretaries of India and also a Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He has extensiveknowledge of the Income Tax Act, Sales Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act, Companies Act and other Corporate Laws and Debt and Equity fund raising.

in Banking & Finance matters. He has extensive knowledge of Excise, Service Tax and
Companies Act (including Merger & Amalgamations). He is also specialized in Restructuring Matters of Large and Small Corporate.
