Jayesh has experience in handling matters related to Criminal Laws and Civil Laws, RDDBFI Act, SARFAESI Act, SICA, (High Court, DRT, DRAT, BIFR, AIIFR) Adjudicating Authority (NCLT, NCLAT and Supreme Court) under IBC, Enforcement Directorate, Appellate Adjudicating Authority under PML Act.
He is closely involved with the corporate compliance engagements of large Corporates, SMEs, private companies, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and multinational corporations from diverse industries.
He has also successfully established many innovative services — supporting entrepreneurs in building sustainable businesses and providing strategic advisory for business transformation.

He has successfully handled several Excise and Service Tax Audits (EA 2000), CERA, and Anti-Evasion matters.
