Amish Khandhar, FCA
Amish Khandhar has been a Chartered Accountant since 2003 and is Co-founder partner of Khandhar Mehta & Shah. He looks after the Indirect Tax Practice of the firm and specializes in Service Tax. He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporates that have culminated into substantial tax advantages. In addition to the advisory role, Amish also leads KMS Indirect Tax Litigation practice.
Amish, a regular contributor to the journals published by ICAI and other professional Bulletins, is also the chairman of the Service Tax committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Ahmedabad. He has addressed various forums for the public as a whole regarding the changes in Service Tax.
Gautam Mehta, FCA, DISA(ICAI)
A Co-founder of Khandhar Mehta & Shah leads the Direct Tax practice and advice clients on International Tax and Transfer Pricing. Gautam deals with all manners of clients giving them advice ranging from start up, strategic direction or direct tax matters.
He has unique experience in handling clients who wants to set up their subsidiary company / Daughter Company in India and helps KMS clients finding practical and technically sound solutions.
Tushar Shah, FCA
Tushar, a co-founder of Khandhar Mehta & Shah, heads the CFO Services of the firm. He currently manages the whole accountancy and payroll clients of the firm. He has a very rich experience in handling the firms’ client with regard to the compliance matters.
He has effectively partnered in the growth of the firm since then. Because of his rich experience of working with BPO Industries, he has been able to effectively implement the accounting system of the firms client.
Rashmin Vaja, FCA
Rashmin joined the firm in 2007 after previously working for many years in local practice. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has vast experience in Consulting and Litigation and has advised several Indian Corporates in the field of Service Tax.
He has also delivered various lectures at different forums of Service Tax in Gujarat.
K. K. Maheshwari, FCA
He qualified in the year 1977 and has more than 20 years of experience in large industrial houses of India including in the capacity of Executive President (Finance) and CFO.
His specialized areas include Financial Planning, Loan syndication, coordination for public issue, coordination for Private Equity, systems development, commercial law matters, strategic business planning matters of industrial, service and trading companies, Cost reduction, profit planning and turnaround strategies for loss making units. He is working as management and financial consultant since May 1997.
Falgun Shah, FCA
He qualified in the year 2004 and incharge of Pune Branch of the firm. He has extensive experience in Internal Audit and System Audit. His specialized areas include compliance of Indian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Devang Shah, FCA
He qualified in the year 1998 and incharge of Mumbai Branch of the firm. His specialized areas include Internal Audit, Capital Market, IPO, FPO, Public Deposits, ECB, FCCB. He does extensive research in Capital Market. |
