N.R. Govindarajan (FCA, Grad. CWA, CISA, ISA, B. Com)
Completed Chartered Accountancy in November 1986, and joined as Partner in M/s Tawker & Co, with effect from May 1987.
In April 1993, resigned from M/s Tawker & Co., and founded the firm “GOVIND AND BALA ASSOCIATES”, in partnership with Mr. S. Balasubramanian (Since deceased).
S.R. Chandrasekaran (FCA, Grad. CIMA, ISA, B. Com)
Completed Chartered Accountancy in November 1984, and was employed in various capacities (both in India and Abroad), during April 1985 to October 1995.
After returning from abroad, in December 1995, joined as partner in the firm “GOVIND AND BALA ASSOCIATES”. At present, he continues as a Partner in the said firm.
N.R. Narasimhan (FCA, B. Com)
Qualified Chartered Accountant, since 1973 and after a brief stint with Dalmia Magnesite Corporation, migrated to Larsen & Toubro Limited and served in various capacities. He held the position of General Manager (Finance, Accounts and Administration), in their ECC division before joining the firm in July 2001.
K. Ramachandran (FCA, B. Com)
Qualified as Charterd Accountant in 1976.He has held varied senior level postions with an Indian multinational – Larsen & Toubro Ltd., ECC Construction Division. He has handled responsibilities in the areas of Finance, accounting, banking and occupied positions as SBU Head, International services Head and as Head Finance Commercial and MIS domestic operations.He specilises in Project Financing and working capital funding assignments.
N. Rajagopalan (ACA, B. Com)
Qualified in 2005, since then with the firm as Audit Manager and Partner from July 2006 onwards .He specilise in Taxation and is currently handling complex taxation issues of the firm’s clients.
