Guru Prasad Makam
Guru Prasad Makam is one of the founder members of the firm, under whose leadership the firm has spearheaded multifold in a short span of time. He is the managing partner and he also heads the Management Consulting Team. After his stint at Lovelock & Lewis, he founded this firm, and has more than fifteen years of post qualification experience as a chartered accountant and consultant. He is a regular speaker at the Seminars conducted by professional bodies such as the ICAI and a visiting faculty at the BIMS, Bangalore. He has authored several papers and articles in the professional magazines.
Janardhan
Janardhan is co-founder of the firm. He heads the Regulatory Services Team of the firm. With an experience of over a decade and a half he earned a reputation in matters of Statutory Representations with Regulatory and Governmental Departments. He spearheads the no graft policy of the firm. The firm has traveled many miles in establishing highest ethical standards under his leadership
Venkatesh Babu
Venkatesh Babu joined the firm in 2000 after his stint with Birla Group of companies and became a partner of the firm in the year 2004. He heads the Corporate Accounting Team. His vast experience in corporate accounting has enabled the firm to establish a niche in the accounting services covering the Indian GAAP, US GAAP and ERP environment. Babu leads the accounts transparency and quality programmer of the firm.
Surendra Reddy
Surendra Reddy has been associated with the firm from over a decade and joined the firm as a partner in 2004. He heads the Audit and Assurances team. He has presented papers in audit standards and IFRS at seminars conducted by professional bodies. Reddy’s knowledge on Indian GAAP, US GAAP is backed by his wide exposure and experience in assurance audit.
Prashanth
Prashnath joined the firm as a partner in 2005 year after his stint as a taxation manger with UB Group of companies. Prashanth brings with him his knowledge on Tax laws and international taxation. He has presented several papers on transfer pricing and written several articles in professional magazines.
The Next Generation
The firm has a leadership initiative to create the path for the next generation flag bearers. Four budding Chartered Accountants who have been in the firm for a long time have been inducted as new partners. Sapana Bhandari, Heena Kauser, Neelima K & Ananth Prasad B R are the latest incumbents to the firm. The firm does have a clear succession plan, make a partner program, make a leader initiative. The young leaders with a good grooming of the experience would make the world a better place to be in.
